Dell Latitude E4310, LiveCD: touchpad mouse is not working

Release 0.4.3 livecd - Dell Latitude E4310 (tested in real hardware, not in a VM).

ReactOS boots up into the desktop, but the mouse pointer cannot be made to move. I am able to select the language with the up/down and enter keys, as it boots, but when in the desktop, most keys do not seem to work. I have been able to get the 'shutdown' window to appear with Alt-F4, but nothing else.
On an earlier occasion, I was able to open several 'Explorer' windows and the 'Task Manager' window, by hitting keys randomly. I then opened the 'mouse' window and it said that it was a ps2 mouse plugged into the ps2 port and also the mouse was working correctly.
I cannot get any debug info because there is no serial port and the hard drive is formatted ntfs.
