Regression: Selecting Properties from right click menu on desktop has no effect

    Description

      1. Step: right click on desktop -> popup menu appears
      2. Step: select "Properties" entry

      This should open "Properties for Display" Window, but it has no effect.
      I bisect it and it seems that r73243 or r73244 breaks it.
      r73242 is working fine and r73244 not. Did not test r73243 because of missing iso files on server.
