VMWare Tools framedyn.dll "procedure entry point ???CWbemGlueFactory@@QAE@XZ" error

When I run VMWare Tools in ReactOS, I get the error:

"The procedure entry point ???CWbemGlueFactory@@QAE@XZ could not be located in the dynamic link library framedyn.dll"

This happens in the middle of the installation, when the progress bar is full, and afterwards I am unable to close the installation without using Task Manager.

I then am left with an incomplete installation of VMWare Tools afterward. (The mouse sync works, and though the drivers are added to a directory, I have to install them manually)
