"Install Shield" Installer Error

When i try to install the Graphics Driver through the Installer, it seems to work fine until an Error Message appears on Screen. (NOTE: When you download the file, it first extracts the actual installer. The Unpack works fine, the actual installer is the one which fails!)

General Info:
ReactOS Version: 73357, self compiled with msvc
http://www.amd-drivers.com/download-RadeonX1050-graphics-driver-for-WindowsXP-32bit.html -> Filename:10-2_legacy_xp32-64_dd_ccc.exe
The Driver is confirmed working under Windows XP SP3 32-Bit
You also need to download and copy mfc42.dll and mfc42loc.dll to system32.
You don't need the Graphics Card (ATI Radeon X1050) to test this Bug. I compared the output of the VM and the Hardware OS for this case!
