Installation of VBOX Guest Additions in ReactOS fails if it's compiled in single language mode.

    Description

      Compile ReactOS in single language mode (I compiled it in italian).
      Install it in your virtual machine, then install VBOX Guest Additions and reboot: ReactOS won't boot anymore, complaining about missing files, see attached screenshot.
