    Description

Open Task Manager and show details and sort by CPU Usage
      1) Download GNU Emacs for Windows from one of GNU's mirrors.
      2) Extract to C:\emacs
      3) Start cmd
      4) cd \emacs\bin
      5) runemacs
      6) Watch CPU usage max out until ReactOS crashes.*

      • It may not happen on first go, and it appears you need to have done some activity, like using 7-zip to extract emacs from zip.
If you boot fresh with emacs already extracted it might not crash.
Attached is log from running in Debug mode under KVM using -serial to file, and screenshots of running without debug to show the lovely BSOD.
QEMU 2.7.0 (-dirty from git source tree) using KVM
Also attached is my little boot script.
Host Linux is 4.8.11 (stable branch)
