reproducible BSOD 0xc0000139 &workaround when replacing dll advapi32.dll

      r73420
      When I replace advapi32.dll with 2k3SP2 version 5.2.3790.3959, I will get a reproducible BSOD 0xc0000139 during bootup, see r73420-advapi32-l2l.log
      (0xc0000139 is STATUS_ENTRYPOINT_NOT_FOUND.)

      However, when I additionally replace the files
      rpcrt4.dll version 5.2.3790.3959
      ntdll.dll version 5.2.3790.3959
      I can successfully boot ros to desktop.

      Can we improve our compatibility here further by making that replacement work also on its own?
