      Insert CD label "Toto" (eg : ReactOS Boot CD)
      Open D:
      Content of "Toto" is displayed and title bar is "Toto (D:)"
      Insert CD label "Tata" (eg : MS VB6)
      Hit refresh
      Content of "Tata" is displayed BUT title bar remains "Toto (D:)" ==> Title remains "ReactOS" but content is MS VB6 (see screenshot)
