EPSON SX130 installer shows a huge window

      This driver (for XP): http://epson.ru/catalog/printers/epson-stylus-sx130/?page=support
      On start, after a message 'Invalid argument was encountered', it shows a window that's a lot of screens high and (sometimes) wide. The window has a default push button and disappears once pressed Enter (accept) or Esc (cancel). On XP, it looks different (model.png).
