Update mkisofs to schily-2016-12-14 or later

    Description

      A new version of mkisofs has been released as part of the schily-2016-12-14 package implementing the following Feature Requests by us:

      • Support for -duplicates-once to store duplicate files in the tree only once in the filesystem (see also CORE-9266)
      • Proper System-ID "Win32/MinGW" and "Win32/MSVC" under Windows hosts depending on the compiler

      I will merge the changes as soon as I have the time and update this ticket.
