Cut/Copy - Paste in Explorer

Partition the hard disk into 2 primary partitions, install ReactOS on the 1st partition. Create a file on any folder and copy to any other folder. The paste link is missing. [ On other attempts (after restarts), sometimes the cut/copy->paste operation would work a few times, and then stop working; and also make the explorer crash.]
Copying a file through the command line seems to work fine.
