ReactOS Setup: improve handling of failure to download Gecko (i.e. no network connection, cancel)

    Description

      When running the ROS installation you are asked for downloading Gecko.
      Works fine if you have a network connection.
      But hangs (no exit possible) if you have no network connection - or the wrong network settings in VirtualBox.
