Unity UI buttons are unclickable and rendered incorrectly

    Description

      Unity version: 5.4.1f1
      Standard Unity UI buttons are unclickable and don't have any text on them
      Log contains following lines:
      fixme:(win32ss/user/user32/misc/stubs.c:341) GetRawInputDeviceList is UNIMPLEMENTED!
      fixme:(win32ss/user/user32/misc/stubs.c:341) GetRawInputDeviceList is UNIMPLEMENTED!
      fixme:(win32ss/user/user32/misc/stubs.c:371) RegisterRawInputDevices is UNIMPLEMENTED!

      Maybe this is the reason of buttons unclickability?
      This does NOT appear to be Wine related problem.
