rapps crashes when no network connection is available instead of displaying an error box

    Description

      reactOS r73547 gcc dbg

      Disconnect your network connection (e.g. by disabling in VBox)
      Open rapps
      Click a category in the left listbox "e.g: Internet & Network"
      rapps will crash

      This is reproducable.
      Nothing of interest is written in the log as you can see here:

      This doesn't seem to be a regression. I just never noticed before because I usually always test ros with active network connection.
