EHCI: Host System Error! since r69012 with usb devices plugged on 3rd stage

I was wondering why on recent revs my wifi dongle D-Link DWA 125 was not recognized by device manager during 3rd stage, as far I remember some time ago when booting reactos appeared the new hardware wizard, so I started the regtesting.

What I found is in r69012 some changes made to NTOSKRNL affected the EHCI controller, and since then my usb dongle is not recognized any more at 3rd stage, here I've attached 2 debug logs, one from 69011 with the EHCI working and the 69012 with the error msg.
