1st stage setup continues to say "Press Enter to continue." while formatting is in progress.

Pressing enter while formatting doesn't (and shouldn't) do anything, as the setup is already doing what the user has asked it to do: Format the drive, however it still says "Press Enter to continue" during this entire part (which may take a while if a user with a large hard drive has decided to do a full format) which, as unlikely as it may be, could be confusing to some. (i.e. "Uh, I keep pressing enter, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.") thus this phrase should be removed from the screen while formatting is in progress.
