Description
When running most complex applications you will see repeated messages
regarding PC_NOCOLLAPSE "Win32k: Unimplemented Palette Operation: PC_NOCOLLAPSE
[objects/palette.c]"
When I have noticed this same bug happens when running applications that requre
32bit color transformations.
