[Regression] desk.cpl hangs if guest additions are installed

    Description

      Install guest additions and reboot.
      After restarting, no icon for "guest additions" near the clock.
      When you try to change display properties, the window desk.cpl will crash.
      The same can't be shut down ROS.

      r73436+ - wrong
