Icon context menu is not drawn when themes are active

    Description

      When themes are not active, if you click on title bar icon, you get the context menu with close, etc. However, when you turn on themes, the menu is not shown. In fact, the icon moves up a few pixels when you click. Screenshot attached as usual.
