Multiple missing functions needed by Windows themeui/desk.cpl

    Description

      Windows themeui/desk.cpl need the following functions:

      • ShellIsFriendlyUIActive in msgina (reports friendly / fancy shutdown and logout dialog + logonui usage)
      • GetThemeParseErrorInfo in uxtheme
      • SHPropertyBag_WriteLONG in shlwapi
      • SHPropertyBag_WriteStr in shlwapi

      ShellIsFriendlyUIActive (noname ordinal-only export) has been implemented by veselcraft in commit 2edcb58e6 (PR #2762)

      SHPropertyBag_WriteLONG and SHPropertyBag_WriteStr have been implemented by katayama_hirofumi_mz in commit dad99e3bd (PR #5467)
