Fix deadcode in NSP_LookupServiceNextW()

CallID is limited to be just NSP_CALLID_HOSTNAME, NSP_CALLID_HOSTBYNAME, or NSP_CALLID_SERVICEBYNAME otherwise we had already left the function().

Hence the last "Else" is unneeded.
