Neverball will not install

Tried installing Neverball in build 74021, and got this line:

(dll/win32/kernel32/client/proc.c:3450) '??\C:\Downloads\neverball-1.6.0.zip': Invalid EXE, and not a batch or script file

The first time it slowly downloaded the whole thing and then tried installing to get the error; after that it presented that error message in the debug log after a few seconds and the installation progress bar went away.
