Cannot create folder within Browse dialog

Tried to install Tile World. Prompted for folder to extract, so I decided to create a subfolder for the game. Was unable to do so from within the dialog (though when I created it in the ReactOS file manager and then went back to the dialog, it was visible and usable); got this error every time I clicked on the Create New Folder button:
