Visual Basic Executable giving "Out of Memory"

    Description

      ReactOS 0.4.4 runnig on VirtualBox.

      Error description is in the title, Exe is attached.

      I did not attach the required msvbvm60.dll

       

      Update: On 75309 this completely blocks/hangs the system. The "Out of Memory" message is shown, after that another messagebox should be displayed "... Application Error", but now the system is stalled.
