Boot CD installer hangs at the beginning with MS Virtual PC 2007

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create new virtual machine
        1. OS => Windows Server 2003
        2. RAM => 256 MB
        3. New virtual hard disk => 64 GB
      2. Start virtual machine
      3. Attach ReactOS Boot CD ISO

      It starts to show loading progress, but doesn't reach setup interface.
