Missing ACPI tables in registry

    Description

      When ReactOS starts it has to create volatile registry keys and entries for ACPI tables.

      On windows they are located under HKLM\HARDWARE\ACPI

      A tool to test the implementation would be from the creators of acpica https://acpica.org/

      Current version can be found at https://acpica.org/sites/acpica/files/iasl-win-20150619.zip
