USBHUB calls GetUsbDeviceDescriptor for string descriptor with an invalid descriptor size parameter.

This patch fix the string descriptor size and calculate correct size for output buffer

For example, on xHCI, sending a request for a descriptor bigger than it size, cause an Interrupt on Short Packet(if ISP is set for TD).
