Review and fix differences between BootCD and LiveCD

bootcd-74278-dbg and livecd-74278-dbg

After (installing and) booting BootCD/LiveCD, one can notice some "data/configuration" differences.
I assume some may be expected/unavoidable,
but I guess some are unneeded/unwanted and should be sync'ed.

L: Missing.

L: C:\reactos\iexplore.exe.

B: C:\Documents and Settings, + 6 users.
L: C:\Profiles, + 2 users.
