ROS crashes when "Web" is clicked in explorer

When the "Web" icon is clicked in ReactOS Explorer, and the download of the
Mozilla ActiveX Control is approved, ReactOS gave the following STOP error:

A problem has been detected and ReactOS has been shut down to prevent damage to
your computer.

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: ntoskrnl.exe

This happened after an approximately 4 minute session in which I attempted to
install Internet Explorer 5, but which failed as described in CORE-1313
