ros 0.4.5-RC2
VBox 4.3.40 + guest additions installed
I just have taskmgr opened and let the system idle on desktop with that window open.
"Available physical memory" is constantly decreasing at a rate of around 25MB/hour.
Means you can see the counter decreasing maybe every 5to10seconds with your eye.
The user mode processes page looks rather stable, so I guess it must be in kernel or drivers area.
At this exhaustian rate I expect the BSOD on my 1000MB RAM VM to appear within 2days after system bootup. see attached slideshow:
