    Description

      Since vicmarcal seemed to have problems to reproduce in test for 0.4.4RC1, I decided to create a ticket.

      reactOS 0.4.5RC2
      Scribus 1.4.6 redraw of the selection rectangle seems to miss some refreshes.
      (And the area under collapsing menubar entries too)
