Improve the function of the format drive dialog

    Description

      This patch:

      • Adds dialog boxes just like Windows
      • Makes the progress bar actually show

      There is an issue where the text get's truncated. Blame ShellMessageBox for being so bad. I was unable to figure out how to get it to work on a separate thread. :\
