TRANSLATION: getuname translation update

Based on sources from https://github.com/unicode-table/unicode-table-data project,
I created resource files for:

• de-DE.rc
• fr-FR.rc
• ru-RU.rc
• zn-CN.rc

And made update for en-US.rc (Added missed lines).

Actually it was to complicated to compare these files with removed empty lines, I left all lines with "" content to save native iterator index.
