RDP Client saves "Default.rdp" file in C:\ in Live CD mode

    Description

      In Live CD mode programs should not write files (save settings) on system disk without the user prompt.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Start ReactOS Live CD
      2. Start mstsc and connect to RDP host
      3. Exit mstsc
      4. See this file C:\Default.rdp with the settings written by mstsc
