RDP Client: Fix DllName hardcoded string

    Description

      For now mstsc sends hardcoded client DLL address string "C:\" to RDP host.

      Originally it should send full path of ActiveX DLL mstscax.dll (for example "C:\ReactOS\system32\mstscax.dll").
