ReiserFS - streams are always in write access even if VCB_READ_ONLY is set?

Someone on the forums: http://www.reactos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=16409 has detected that, in drivers\filesystems\reiserfs\src\memory.c, line 1374, the streams seem to be always in write access, even if the VCB_READ_ONLY flag is set.

Cc Heis Spiter or hater, since both of you have worked on importing this FS. In case this is an actual bug it may be nice to fix it upstream.
