Anastasia fonts and Encore issues

While fonts are being considered, Anastasia is critical to a program that I am still running on XP, namely Encore.  I would dearly love to move to any alternative (non-microshaft) OS that will run Encore but am forced to continue using XP.  Encore will function graphically in Wine but there are issues with sound and MIDI output resulting in XP being my only choice at present.  I am engaged in a desktop publishing endeavor using open source alternatives that happen to also run on XP but the bottle neck is Encore for my music notation needs.  No other alternative I've investigated either open source or proprietary will do what I need doing.  Hopefully the attached files and screenshots will illustrate my predicament.
