The cursor is not redrawn in Paint

My actions:
1) Ctrl + A to select all of canvas to the field (cursor is redrawn correctly) - 1.png
2) Ctrl + Z to cancel my selection (cursor unchanged) - 2.png

Starting move the mouse redrawns the cursor
