Better file copying/moving operation

Upon copying/moving files/folders. Much better if the moving/copying operation is much like windows 7 where they have an option to skip file/folder if there the file/folder on the target path already exists. If the file/folder moving/copying fails, it has an option to retry or cancel the whole process of copying/moving.
