Description
When the Start menu is open, right-clicking on the desktop and opened windows do not open the context menu. The same problem is for the keyboard Option button (between right Ctrl and Alt).
In Windows, when you left-clicking, the Start button hides and open the context menu. Perhaps this problem is somehow related to this: https://jira.reactos.org/browse/CORE-13325
