Failure to install Civilization 4 breaks shutting down

    Description

      When attempting to install Sid Meier's Civilization IV: The Complete Edition, it fails to install and ends up failing. But when I make an attempt to shut down ReactOS, it fails to shut down properly and instead it eventually asserts.

      The game is on a single DVD using the UDF File System.
