    Description

      1. Simply start DebugView v4.90. (It used to be v4.81 in 2017.)
      Note: On first run, there is the additional "Agree to licence" dialog.

      Virtual PC 2004 SP1 (5.3.582.27)
      WXP
      No issue (Cpu = 0 %).

      Virtual PC 2004 SP1 (5.3.582.27)
      bootcdregtest-75167
      Cpu = 50-60 %, (Program state = Running <-> (random) Not Responding).
      Task Manager itself already uses Cpu = 15-30 %. (TM + DV = (near) 100 %.)
      Fwiw, this already happens with bootcdregtest-75044.

      A busy wait/loop somewhere in ROS (Debug)?

      DbgView is the recommended tool to work with AHK Tests.
      It obviously can't be used as is.
      Note: Workaround for this use case is to read/search ROS (Debug) debug.log. (Painful.)
