Write a registry symlink test

Based on the test program in CORE-13457, create a symlink to a well-known registry path, open the symlink, query a value that must exist in the target path, and then delete the symlink again.
The existing Wine tests create symlinks to bogus targets, with no way to check if registry symlinks really expand.
