Positioning problems with krystal DMS installation screens.

    Description

      Trying to installing krystal DMS (https://10gbps-io.dl.sourceforge.net/project/krystaldms/SetupCE.exe) I have found that the text and background are not positioned as they should be.

      Compare WIN7-KRYSTAL DMS 2016 - Community Edition Setup.png with krystal-DMS-R75152.png and WIN7[2]-KRYSTAL DMS 2016 - Community Edition Setup.png with R75152[2]KRYSTAL-DMS.png to see what I mean.

      I also noticed, that moving a window off screen, deletes text (see krystal-DMS[erazor]-R75152.png). This maybe a different issue!
