MPR is missing GUI (dis)connection wizards

    Description

      The functions responsible for displaying users a graphical interface to establish new connections to remote shares, and to drop existing ones are missing in MPR.

      Thus, our Explorer can't rely on them to allow users to manage their remote shares.

      It would require implementing WNetDisconnectDialog1W() and WNetConnectionDialog1W() in MPR.
