UDF formated HDD file system not detected

    Description

      I create partition with UDF FS on HDD by format command under Windows 7. After it I create some file Hello_UDF.txt and copy to the disk. If I test this disk on Windows XP it shows file corretly.
      If I test the disk on VirtualBox with ReactOS r75210 it does not detect file system.
      If I copy udfs.sys from ROS to Windows XP and test the disk again it cannot detect FS too.
