DirectX SDK: no HTML Help navigation

    Description

      VBox 5.0.36, reactos-r75271(rosbe).iso, MS DirectX SDK (June 2005)
      Navigation panel in HTML help files from SDK (which have some modern format with HxC and HxI files), is missing.
      The problem seems to be with Wine's hhctrl.ocx file - with this file from MS HTML help update, it works correctly.
