MSI installer of Hamachi crashes at the very first step

Logs recorded from COM port with `minicom`:

• `minicom_guest_additions_log.txt.xz`: Installation of VirtualBox Guest Additions
• `minicom_hamachi_log.txt.xz`: 1st attempt to open Hamachi MSI file
• `minicom_hamachi_log_2.txt.xz`: 2nd attempt to open Hamachi MSI file on the same ROS installation&machine

`reactos.vbox.xz`: the VM configuration

Running in VirtualBox 5.1.22 r115126

Also, this exact problem didn't reproduce before, but now it seems persistent. Unfortunately I don't know how I managed to run over this error before…
