DirectX 9.0c: missing MakeCriticalSectionGlobal into KERNEL32.DLL

    Description

      I installed DirectX 9.0C (june 2010) into ReactOS, then I tried to run DxDiag and I got this message, see attached screenshot. An implementation of MakeCriticalSectionGlobal already exists into WINE, so I think it should be enough to import it into the current source code of KERNEL32.
