Greek tax application called "foros2017"

Hello Sirs, this is the site for a Greek tax application called "foros2017.exe" (freeware app). Site link http://foros.in.gr and app link http://banners.dol.gr/foros2017.exe . The app can be installed on ReactOS but does not load. If anyone wants to try it, maybe there is an easy fix. Otherwise please ignone this request.
